1. Data Protection at a Glance
General Information
Data collection on this website is carried out by the site operator, whose contact details can be found in the Imprint of this website. We collect personal data when you provide it to us (e.g. via contact forms) and automatically via our IT systems when you access the site (e.g. browser type, operating system, time of access).
You have the right, at any time and free of charge, to obtain information about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data, as well as the right to correction, deletion or restriction of processing. You may withdraw any consent granted at any time and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Third-Party Analytics Tools
When you visit this website, your browsing behaviour may be analysed statistically. Where you have given your consent, this is carried out using Google Analytics 4 — see section 5 of this policy for details. Without your consent, no such analysis takes place.
2. Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider. Personal data collected on this website is stored on the hoster's servers. This may include, among other things, IP addresses, contact requests, meta- and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website accesses, and other data generated via the website.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract performance) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and efficient provision of our online offering). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the hoster.

Storage Duration
Unless a more specific storage period is mentioned within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for processing ceases to apply. If you make a justified request for deletion or withdraw consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless there are other legally permissible reasons for retaining it (e.g. tax or commercial retention periods).
Withdrawal of Consent
Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You can withdraw any consent previously given at any time. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.
Right to Object to Data Collection in Special Cases and to Direct Marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)
Where data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to object to the processing of your personal data; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. We will then no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims (objection under Art. 21 (1) GDPR).
Where your personal data is processed for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such marketing; this also applies to profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing. If you object, your personal data will no longer be used for the purpose of direct marketing (objection under Art. 21 (2) GDPR).
Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
In the event of GDPR violations, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged violation. The competent supervisory authority for AMDISX Digital Services GmbH is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestraße 2-4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract delivered to you or a third party in a common, machine-readable format. Where you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only take place to the extent that it is technically feasible.
Information, Blocking, Deletion and Correction
Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to obtain free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing, and, where applicable, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data. For this purpose, as well as for further questions on the subject of personal data, you may contact us at any time at the address given in the Imprint.
Right to Restriction of Processing
You have the right to demand restriction of the processing of your personal data. To do so, you may contact us at any time at the address given in the Imprint. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:
- If you dispute the accuracy of the personal data we have stored about you, we generally need time to verify this. For the duration of the verification, you have the right to demand restriction of the processing of your personal data.
- If the processing of your personal data was / is unlawful, you may demand restriction of data processing instead of deletion.
- If we no longer need your personal data but you require it for the establishment, defence or exercise of legal claims, you have the right to demand restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of deletion.
- If you have lodged an objection under Art. 21 (1) GDPR, a balance must be struck between your interests and ours. As long as it has not yet been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to demand restriction of the processing of your personal data.
If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data — apart from being stored — may only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person, or on grounds of important public interest of the European Union or of a Member State.
Objection to Promotional Emails
We hereby object to the use of contact data published in the context of the imprint obligation for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information materials. The site operators expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example via spam emails.
SSL / TLS Encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address line changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock icon in the browser line.
4. Data Collection on This Website
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that cause no harm to your device. They are stored on your device either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (persistent cookies). Session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Persistent cookies remain on your device until you delete them yourself or your web browser does so automatically.
Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process, to provide certain functions you have requested, or to optimise the website are stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR and § 25 (2) TTDSG. Where consent has been requested for the storage of cookies and comparable recognition technologies, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of this consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG); consent can be withdrawn at any time.
You can adjust your cookie preferences at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of this website.
Server Log Files
The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us:
- browser type and browser version
- operating system used
- referrer URL
- hostname of the accessing computer
- time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources. Collection is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The site operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of the website.
Contact Form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details, including the contact data you provide, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) if this has been requested.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for the data storage ceases to apply. Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular retention periods — remain unaffected.
Enquiry by Email or Phone
If you contact us by email or telephone, your enquiry, including all personal data arising from it (name, enquiry content), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request.
The data sent to us via contact enquiries will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for the data storage ceases to apply (e.g. after your matter has been resolved). Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular statutory retention periods — remain unaffected.
Processing of Customer and Contract Data
We collect, process and use personal data only insofar as it is necessary for the establishment, content or modification of the legal relationship (master data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. Personal data on the use of our website (usage data) is collected, processed and used only insofar as this is necessary to enable the user to access the service or to bill for it.
The customer data collected will be deleted upon completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

Subject to your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Data transfer to the USA is based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google has subjected itself.
